Tamlite Lighting will be official sponsors of the Wellbeing Award at the CIBSE Building Performance Awards (BPAs), held on the 11th February 2020.

These prestigious awards, including the wellbeing award, recognise engineering excellence from individual people, organisations or collaborative projects, rewarding those who deliver outstanding solutions within the building industry.

Tamlite is sponsoring a new award for 2020, ‘Product or Innovation – Wellbeing’, which identifies products or innovations that make a significant contribution to the wellbeing element of building performance, including lighting.

The BPAs are a great opportunity for companies to showcase their wellbeing-led solutions, a critical consideration as more and more people wake up to the fact that workplaces which enhance occupant wellbeing can be beneficial for everyone. Enhancing wellbeing is a message that Tamlite has been keen to promote within the built environment, and we are pleased that CIBSE has recognised the importance of wellbeing with this award.

2020 is the first year in the BPA’s 13-year history that they have held this particular category, and Tamlite are proud to be sponsors of this award. At the 2019 awards, Tamlite sponsored the Building Performance Consultancy (over 1000 employees) category.

The Awards complement the CIBSE Build2Perform exhibition, which is held in November at London Olympia. Tamlite has exhibited at Build2Perform in the last two years, working with top engineers and designers to see how we can collectively deliver the best solutions for customers.
