This was throughout the upgraded lighting of the exterior, residential areas and bedrooms - all fitted with various key energy saving and low maintenance solutions. All lights have a three-hour emergency rating, which is crucial to ensure that lighting is maintained for as long as possible. That includes in an emergency situation.
