Contemporary Office Design
Previously, the vacant offices at Capital Tower used suspended ceilings and panels to illuminate the space. As part of the renovation, the building owners voiced a desire for raised ceilings and suspended luminaires. This was to give a change of style to the office.
The design and fit-out was carried out by Paramount Interiors, who believe in disrupting the idea of a common workplace. On top of this, it would also provide solutions that focus on employee wellbeing.
Tamlite supplied suspended SIGNUM modules for a number of offices and residential spaces, making the interior feel premium and modern. This is critical for a contemporary space such as Capital Tower.
To further improve the quality of illumination in the offices, the luminaires were supplied with PIR sensors. This ensures that illumination is only provided where it is required, reducing energy consumption for Capital Tower.
